RE : Soft Launching of The CONCiERGE Support Portal
We are pleased to announce to the Lasallian community the soft launching of The CONCiERGE Support Portal.
The CONCiERGE Support Portal is De La Salle University’s response to support the shift to a blended delivery of services. The platform is a one-stop service portal that facilitates service requests by various stakeholders of the University. It highlights a streamlined process of communication between stakeholders and the units that may be tracked in real-time.
The features are:
- a facility to create tickets to raise inquiries, service requests, and issues and concerns
- a growing repository of knowledge-based articles to serve as quick reference to FAQs, a curated service catalog of requests organized by user type
For the soft launch, 15 university units, including academic services, administration services, IT services, human resource services, and finance services will be able to handle service requests from students, faculty, employees, alumni, and visitors of all DLSU campuses.
