The Main Clinic in DLSU Taft Campus is located at the Ground Floor of the SPS Building and the satellite clinic is located at the Ground Floor of the Enrique Razon Building. Operating hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Clinic in Rufino Campus, 38th Street, University Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Operating hours: 8:AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 Saturday.

The Makati Extension Office is at 5th Floor Tower 2, RCBC Plaza Ayala Ave., Makati City. Operating Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12: 00 PM Saturday.
