Where do I find the list of accredited facilities for Freshman Health examination./ Will HSO accept the Medical Examination done in non-accredited clinic/ hospital? Where do we submit the Health Examination results?

For health and safety reasons, the Freshman Physical Examination is temporarily deferred during the pandemic period.

HSO shall release the HDA for the schedule of the resumption of the students’ PHEx once face-to-face classes resume.

However, students who were able to undergo the Freshman PE may submit the results online at phex@dlsu.edu.ph
