I have paid my tuition and fee for DLSU but have not received OR yet. I was informed that the bank credited the amount to other LaSalle school instead of DLSU. What shall I do?

Please go directly to the bank where you have done transaction with and request for a credit memo or an instruction to credit payment in favor of DLSU. Send proof to cashiers@dlsu.edu.ph once done.
