What is the procedure for requesting technical support/assistance for an event?
Fill out the AVSU service catalog. The request should be made at least 30 working days before your target event date. The earlier the better.
Please be ready to conduct pre-production meetings and rehearsals.
Please be ready with your virtual materials like branding and graphic designs like event id, event logo, background slide, pre-recorded videos, presentation slides, program script and other materials pertinent to your event at least 15 working days prior to your target event date.
Encoding of materials in our software and in our scene guides shall be made at least 10 - 15 working days prior to your target event date.
Rehearsal dry runs shall be conducted at least 5 - 10 working days prior to your target event date. This will give us time to be able to come up with visual agreements of both parties.
Test run/s shall be conducted at least 1 - 5 working days prior to your target event date. Event speakers and hosts must be present for briefing and orientation during our test run/s.
After our engagement, we will send a post-event evaluation form for the assessment of our services.
