What do I do if I uploaded a wrong document to the Online Application Facility (OAF)?
If you have not submitted your application (or you did not yet click the Submit button), do not mind the uploaded wrong document. Just upload the correct one.
If you already submitted your application (or you clicked the Submit button), please email admission.requirements@dlsu.edu.ph with the email subject Incomplete Requirement/s for Term [please specify the term] /AY [please specify the Academic Year] as soon as possible.
